The facility was easy to find and located close to our final destination.
Julie KWorkers didn’t even acknowledge that I walked in the door. When I approached the counter, the senior/experienced employee immediately started training a new hire and walking her through prompts on their phone to complete the transaction. The place was completely empty. Don’t use your customer’s time to train new hires. Establish an orientation program. The senior employee DID offer to help unhook the trailer. I declined for obvious reasons.
LOUIS MI have been doing business with this location for years. Normally I have no complaints. This time the truck I got had windshield wipers, that were too old, and the truck was almost undrivable in the rain. The second issue was the serpentine belt was slipping on the interstate and causing a charging system fault. I thought the truck might break down at any moment as the engine sounds very tired and it struggled to maintain speed. The previous body damage rattles when it is driving. The engine struggled so much it got horrible gas mileage. The tire strap on the trailer was damaged causing it to be too short.
ALECSANDR TGreat service but there was no coolant I. The truck and we had to turn around. Trucks should be looked over prior to a customer taking off. Very disappointing!
