Teresa W | Overall ExperienceI didn't appreciate being told two different things about a half-month refund for using the unit for less than two weeks. Upon sign-up, I was told half the month would be refunded if we used it less than two weeks, as I said we would be doing. Upon sign-out, I was told that no refunds are offered if only renting for one month. As a business, you need to get your story straight. Still waiting for that refund, and I guess I'll be waiting in perpetuity.

I wanted this double protection due to the amount of thefts at storage units in the city. For the time we had the facility, my 5th wheel was safe, and secure, and that was a blessing as i could rest easy. Of all the City-wide facilities, this was the safest one.

LANA S | Overall ExperienceVery pleased with the unit, swept well. Plenty of space in our unit size. I was worried about the lighting when the time changed went in effect. But, the lights was efficient, we could see very well and still felt secure after dark. The code entry was perfect and the gate opens and closes automatically. No complaints concerning the office staff. Everything was well explained along with the contract. When I called with any questions, staff was professional, friendly and respectful. Thank you so much for a nice experience doing business with you all around!
