The trailer had dirt on the floor, but more than that, they told me to hook up the trailer myself and only pause for a quick picture. Then I was on my way, no paperwork or anything else. Someone had to call me later to do all of that over the phone. I was also not given a drop off location. I had to look that up myself and coordinate that. It worked out, but it was more on me than I have ever experienced before at a UHaul location.
