This location was extremely difficult to get into. causing me to have an accident while trying to back the truck into the location that I was told to return it to, because the attendant could not park the vehicle. The female cashier had very little knowledge of the online contract and told me that she would not accept the contract that I had received through my e-mail. She would not accept the amount that I was quoted and wanted to charge me a lot of extra because I was given a discount online and she said that she could not give me the discount. If I was to rent again from U-Haul and given this location as a pick up, I would not do service with U-Haul.

The sign was not visible...Drove up and down several times to try and find it.

The gas station is No longer a Valero station so we drove right by it the first time. When I went in to return the truck on Sunday the girl behind the counter said it needed to be turned in on Monday. Each time I started to ask her something she would point at the contract and ask me if I could read, "can't you read" over and over. I was finally able to ask "are you saying I can't return it until Monday" she said " can't you read, it says right here it's due Monday" the other lady behind the counter then told me to move so she could help the people behind me. As I waited, and was ignored I went outside and asked that my husband who is also of Hispanic descent go in and finish the transaction as I felt I was being treated poorly because of my race. They were extremely rude, but I'm pretty sure they could careless whether I go there again... And I won't!
