Kristen WNo one was there even though they were supposed to be open for 3 or 4 more hours. The app is awful and the chat bots are borderline rude when answering questions. The only saving grace of the whole process were the live people I spoke with over the phone.

DEAN BI will not recommend this Salisbury drop off at 1413 S Main St, Salisbury, NC, 28144. That location was not nice or professional. They didn't log my 4/17/26 drop off until 4/20/26. I was afraid I would be overcharged for time that I didn't have the truck. The lady didn't give me anything showing I dropped the truck off on Friday 4/17. The big dog behind the counter was very intimidating along with all of the Rebel flags hanging around. Not professional for a place of business when dealing with the public. I felt like I didn't belong in that store.
