I had to pick up the truck and trailer for the car, he said that he didn’t have a trailer and wouldn’t give it to me. I spent the whole day driving another truck and trailers. I called an Uber and drove back and forth, spent about 100 dollars and in the end said that I could pick it up, and when I arrived he got angry and left, leaving me alone. I managed to get in touch and I received the truck and then I took the trailer to another location. It was a terrible day!

Franklin SI did not received my hand trucks or dolly’s. I had to go to another U-Haul location in Charlotte Nc and pay twice. No u haul representative could help about getting a refund on the items that I didn’t receive. I am truly disappointed in their services.
