I don't think there's much you can do. Very nice facility and open. Easy to maneuver around.
Jamie HThe location was fine and the truck was good but the change in my location was confusing. I initially chose a closer location when I created the order. At 7:30 the morning of the move, which was to be a 9 am pick-up , I received a call from someone with a strong accent. She told me that the pick-up was delayed until 10 am and that she would send a new agreement. I asked her to repeat something that she said but it was still a mystery to me. I went to the pick-up place at 10 am and there was no truck as the location had been changed as well. I drove 20 minutes to the other place and they were so busy that I did not leave with the truck until after 11 am, and I needed to get gas before getting on the road (it had only 5/8 of a tank). So, I was 2.5 hours late to leave and the weather was getting hot! Also, I had arranged for help in loading and the lateness interrupted that plan. I am very unhappy with the Uhaul process! I also find the price for mileage excessive with no compensation for extra fuel purchased. FYI: The speedometer is difficult to read for kms and I see that as a safety issue.
