The gentleman working there had arrived at work early, we were there at 9 and this location did not open until 10 but he helped us return the trailer anyways, the online return option was confusing. Excellent employee

DAVID SThe Kelowna Branch was charging 10 times the amount for the rental. Had to drive 100kms to get the trailer at regular price. Was told supply and demand, take it or leave it in Kelowna, so we left it. Not happy with Kelowna Branch.
