Both locations were perfect.
Joey BUhaul is a joke. When agreeing on drop off location- it was specified and confirmed on booking and pickup. Only to receive an email right after pick up that they changed our drop off location to an hour commute and they said there was nothing to accommodate for us other than this location.
Nicole PPick up location was very disorganized, took over an hour. My designated drop off spot would not except my truck as they were full, had to drive a long way to another location, then I was over km allowed and they wanted to charge me. Wtf.
Steve DThis was not where the rental was supposed to be dropped. I was to drop it in Malakaw.....They refused to take the trailer or help me disconnect from my vehicle. told me to go somewhere else. So i went back to Salmon Arm. which was 1 hour out of my way!! And you charge me a wrong drop fee of $240. plus taxes.......I AM NOT HAPPY.!!!!! I EXPECT A REFUND!! Thank you
