Marc Z.The back of the truck had grease on it and it got onto our furniture and ended up on the freshly cleaned carpets. Our whole house smells like grease now and possibly one of my kids' mattresses might need to be thrown out.
Niki P.The vehicle was clean, however the interior loughts wouldn't turn off while driving which made it very difficult to drive in the dark. The passenger door wouldn't seal completely and I think this is why the light wouldn't shut off while driving. I'm mostly disappointed because this uhaul location charged me a cleaning fee even though I returned the vehicle in the same condition I picked it up. They also massively overcharged me for millage and the response I got was that I had returned it late. I called uhaul every day i had to extend my rental and uhaul gave me permission for the extension. I also left at least $50 extra in gas in the vehicle above what was in it when I picked it up. I don't feel this business is very professiona or ethical in their business practices. I will be filing an official complaint if this issue is not resolved.
