I was very annoyed that I had to spend a day driving and $200 in extra gas to drive from Salmon Arm to Golden and back to pick up the tow dolly I had reserved a week before. With that exception, the process to obtain was relatively easy and the equipment was in excellent condition.

DAVID SThe Kelowna Branch was charging 10 times the amount for the rental. Had to drive 100kms to get the trailer at regular price. Was told supply and demand, take it or leave it in Kelowna, so we left it. Not happy with Kelowna Branch.
