U haul needs to have a tongue on their trailers. How are you suppose to take it on and off your truck. That made no sense

RONALD HThis location needs a dedicated office space for the customer to conduct U-Haul business in. Otherwise, this location offers the most space to pick up and drop off U-Haul vans and trailers and Jackson is a wonderful, hard working person.
