I tried to arrange online pickup and drop off for Tuesday but online said this location was closed on Tuesday. Once I talked to Mr Jackson on Monday evening just before closing to secure a truck for Tuesday,he said they are open…. and when I turned in the truck ( online app) I am being charged for two days rental and two days insurance! This isn’t due to Mr.Jackson or his location…it’s the online mishandling.

It was a little hard to find but, the people were friendly and helpful. You might recommend a banner or flag at the entrance to the drive-way to make the location more obvious; because of the set-back from the street.

Philip RThis was a very rural drop off, and we had no issues. We did not interact with anyone. there should be an NA for that question. the app and the drop box were easy to use.
