I was very upset that the trailer did NOT have a jack or at the very least a jack stand and I had to get help every time I needed to hook or unhook the trailer. So we had to manually and physically lift the trailer by hand so it required me to have to call for help that i wouldn't of had to call, had the trailer had a jack. This was extremely inconvenient and damn near impossible to do when the trailer was loaded. The trailer served the purpose to get what I needed from point A to point B but it was a MAJOR inconvenience to not have a jack or at the very least, a jack stand. This issue caused a major delay in getting what I needed to get done accomplished as I had to call for help and had to wait for a strong male since my wife was physically incapable of helping after trying several times.

Tell the truth about the dimensions on the truck. The fridges we were supposed to pick didn’t fit in the truck. We are going to make another trip to San Angelo next week with a bigger truck. It was a nightmare all day en lowes and can’t take what we needed . Never will rent anything from you again
ALAN OMy reservation was moved and I was not notified about it. Quality Collision was pivotal in helping us find a tow dolly and get our box truck. This location is great, but U-Haul dispatch could be better about communicating with the customer.
