The truck was filthy. My furniture pads were left out and I didn’t realize that until we needed them. When I returned the truck, the staff had no idea they needed to refund the cost of pads even though I used the chat feature in the app to report the issue. Then they told me what I should have asked for the furniture pads before I left their store. I showed them the reservation confirmation that said everything would be in the truck upon my arrival since I’d chosen the ‘no-counter’/‘no line’ option. They then explained that’s not how ‘they do things’. When I convinced them they needed to adjust my total amount it took 3 people to figure it out. Terrible experience. Do not use these people.

I had to return the rental trailer 1 hour after my rental becuase my worker couldnt make it to work. I asked if they could wave the fee and theynwere very rude and said no. Once you rental your done. I rental a lot from you guys and I believe I should get a refund for the rental. I. Renting the following day but one thing im never going back at this location.
