The trailer was in really bad shape. The rolling door in the back was stuck in the up position and the inside of the trailer was wet because we had rain the night before. It took almost an hour to get the trailer fixed and hooked up to my car.

JOHN WFelt like I was going to get robbed. It was an after-hours return; this location looks run down and is in a terrible location. No drop box for documents. Had to leave the area early as we were being approached by individuals from the nightclub across the street.
Nicholas CBetter check in process as far as communicating if certain equipment isn’t available. Also better trucks, the truck I had felt like it was going to break down at any moment. But none the less it got us from point A to point B. And the owner made things right with the check in process.
