Felt like I was going to get robbed. It was an after-hours return; this location looks run down and is in a terrible location. No drop box for documents. Had to leave the area early as we were being approached by individuals from the nightclub across the street.
Nicholas CBetter check in process as far as communicating if certain equipment isn’t available. Also better trucks, the truck I had felt like it was going to break down at any moment. But none the less it got us from point A to point B. And the owner made things right with the check in process.
TYMISHA CIt took along time to pickup the truck.I was also over charged for gas.
Monica VFix the locks or should I say doors. After I got all my stuff in the door slide was or is all bent. And it was 12 at night I had to call a friend to come close it for me. Then the next day my code wouldnt work I had a line behind me. I was looking and feeling kinda dumb....like I didn't know my code. Then I had got a unit earlier and it was to small so I upgraded and then that one was too small so I upgraded again. The next morning I had 3 units I was renting. Kinda crazy day.
