Returned truck with the same amount of fuel I picked it up with and was charged extra because this location claimed otherwise. Would much rather go to a main uhaul location than this place. Dirty, unprofessional and simply not a nice environment.

ROY LThe employee there, even though she was very nice, was alone and had to handle multiple customers at one time. She kept forgetting things in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the convenience store that the u haul is it's based out of. Due to using my chimecard, I was told that there is a one hundred dollar deposit that I still have not received in return as I was told I would receive back after return. These things weren't her fault. She had to keep talking to the owner of the store who was watching her on video completely completely distracting her from what she was supposed to do for me.
