I was charged a cleaning fee for a small piece of paper I left. Seriously? Then he charged me 1.00 per freaking mile? I was NOT notified of this charge at all

This location was an auto pickup location and we had to spend time on the phone with a rep after a long wait.
Kamryn BThis is almost a vacant lot. Truck was at the entrance and building was hidden by other trucks on the lot. Tall grass, dirt and rocks on the lot. If it has rained, it would have been muddy. Truck needs a front wheel alignment.
RICARDO RSee comments for pick up location. The owner assured me he wouldn't charge me extra for not getting to half a tank EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT at half a tank when I picked up. He ended up charging me anyway. G*damn me and everything!
