I was absolutely scammed by this location. The truck had a gas tank that had been drilled into three separate times and the entire fuel line was missing. I lost a full day repacking and still haven’t received a refund

It took a long time to get anybody to come attend to any customers not just myself but at least it was a comfortable setting somewhere to sit and wait he wasn't able to complete the order I had to get U-Haul on the phone to get him to do it but other than that oh and that there was a slight damage on the steering wheel and they didn't have the vehicle that I paid for but they did do the reservation guarantee so that was a good thing..
FRANCES PGreat service, very professional.
Guillermo AThe U-Haul associate told me to park my teuck in front of the trailer I was renting, so his employee could hook it up while we completed the paperwork. When we came out the trailer was not hooked up. The uhaul associate told me I had the wrong size ball hitch. He would not listen to reason when I told him it was the correct 2inch ball. I had to explain the associate to loosen the nut to allow the ball to fit into place. He then saw it worked. I asked him for his name to file a complaint, and he refused to identify himself, saying to me “I don’t have to tell you who I am.” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
JASON BNo organization. Can’t blame them, just seems like the U-Haul neighborhood dealer program just isn’t effective. When pulling out, they said just pull forward until I pointed out that I would hit the “car wash” sign with the top of the truck. Then they had to grab keys to move the 26ft truck so I could back out. My issue is I returned the vehicle with the correct amount of fuel, I have pictures that show fuel level at pick up and drop off. I was charged an extra $19. I didn’t really care, but if this is a pattern, think of how much money this location has skimmed from customers.
