The worker came out to get the key from me and said I'd be getting an email receipt. It didn't come by the next afternoon so I called Uhaul to check the status. The location had not checked in the vehicle. After eleven days and five phone calls (this location is closed on rainy days), it was finally resolved. It seems that the location didn't have the truck on their work list even though their location was on my contract. They finally closed out the truck rental. The reason I chose two stars is that even though it wasn't their fault that the list failed to update, they never took any kind of proactive action to try and get the truck sitting in their lot checked into the system. And it was a major hassle for Uhaul to get in contact with them due to unpredictable hours based on the weather.

Kyle DThe place is a car wash/ detail business, hard to get into. I asked if correct place, I was told to just leave it there and I'm free to go. No one check fuel tank or back of truck or walked around to check damages, etc hours later got call from Uhaul asking if I needed more time returning truck, I told them already did at 1030. Apparently I wasn't checked off at drop off location either
