Confusing, no one at the desk when you arrive to give you the key …. And it’s a week later and they haven’t closed out my order with holds still on card and can’t get a final receipt. UHaul won’t help either just says I need to contact the location. Location won’t get back to me. Frustrating!

Joey UGood overall experience although the second of two attendants appeared content to let me wait behind a single, spread out and disorganized party of three who were there when I arrived. It would have been nice if she had taken the initiative to look up and wave me forward. Instead, a member of the waiting party signaled to me that they were part of the 3-member group and that I should go ahead.
William MPoor customer service. Not friendly. Vehicle was not at location.
Amy SI was charged $12 for gas when I returned it at the proper amount. I parked on a hill so maybe it read less than what was there. the employee should have considered that before taking a reading.
