Staff was not fully knowledgeable about the drop off policy for their own location. I ended up paying more than what I expected due to misinformation on drop off location. I was told can drop off my rental at any location and change it on the app. I was not able to do that, nor was customer service on chat or phone. I spent more money having to drive back to the location adding more mileage than I told them and adding gas.

There's a parking lot at this location but when I was dropped off to pick up the van I was renting an attendant rushed over and said that there's no parking in the parking lot. It would be useful to allocate a few spots for customer parking if possible

Adam AThis location tried to over charge me by 60 miles. if i had not checked my miles they would have gotten away with it. no one checked before or after. they tried to over charge me for gas and i brought it to to their attention. there was no concern expressed. there is no excuse for this sort of deception
