The hours of operation are not correct online. We could have started an hour earlier, which is a huge help when driving across country. They do not have equipment such as dollies even though they were reserved days in advance. They sent us up the street to another location which also did not have the equipment costing us more time and frustration. Paperwork was done online but was still not ready costing alot of time. Truck had 1/4 tank of fuel costing more time. Truck gas tank fill had an issue that shut off pumps unless pumped very slowly by hand, costing even more time and frustration.

Nicholas BI requested two dollies and a dozen moving blankets, even visiting the location in person the day before to confirm availability of both, but there were no dollies available and I received maybe 3 moving blankets? Other than that it was fine, but the moving supplies are pretty much the point of moving, and that threw a wrench in things unnecessarily.
