This location is forcing me to move the vehicle to a separate location for drop off after hours and pay an additional fee of $29.99, which I was not notified of by the front desk at the time of pickup. This is a scam and anyone else affected should be reimbursed.

CAROLINE BStaff was not fully knowledgeable about the drop off policy for their own location. I ended up paying more than what I expected due to misinformation on drop off location. I was told can drop off my rental at any location and change it on the app. I was not able to do that, nor was customer service on chat or phone. I spent more money having to drive back to the location adding more mileage than I told them and adding gas.
Ashley PThere's a parking lot at this location but when I was dropped off to pick up the van I was renting an attendant rushed over and said that there's no parking in the parking lot. It would be useful to allocate a few spots for customer parking if possible
