It’s a very convenient location but there’s no drop box or parking area for after hours drop off and the close at 5. It’s run by a third party so there was a lot of confusion and I had to make several phone calls for information

I requested two dollies and a dozen moving blankets, even visiting the location in person the day before to confirm availability of both, but there were no dollies available and I received maybe 3 moving blankets? Other than that it was fine, but the moving supplies are pretty much the point of moving, and that threw a wrench in things unnecessarily.

davit tI was not told to gas up the u-haul when I return it. The truck had about 1/2 of a tank when I picked it up. When I dropped it off, It had more than a 1/4 tank in it and I was charged an additional $60. Customers should be communicated the expectations to avoid these issues.
