Way to many miles you get charged for before even getting to city limits. And the app takes you the longest ways adding mileage. I checked multiple times. What a rip off.

Super helpful staff Very clean facility Very efficient at checking me out and unloading the trailer
STEVE BThe business was closed and did a self check in. We did not see any other U-Haul equipment at drop off location. The place was was marked and had key box on fence with instructions. Called U-haul just to confirm location and drop off.
