You can do a final walk through with your customers (as requested) instead of checking the vehicle 3 hours later because you're too busy doing an oil change and then charge an entire unethical and unnecessary cleaning fee.

I cannot reach them and was overcharged. I returned my vehicle at 130 pm and they charged me for 430 pm. I was charged an extra full day

Hannah KI made a reservation for 10:00 a.m. returning at 10:00. the next day. I was not able to pick up the vehicle until 12:00 noon but apparently it was still 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 the next day. There were other vehicles available so it's not like I actually deprived anyone of a reservation.
