Ryan CThe initial start of the visit was easy. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and it was smooth process for picking up. Drop off was easy as well. I parked in the lot, went inside and handed keys over. Asked if there was anything I need to do and they said no. However, I was incredibly shocked when I rec'd my final receipt that I had supposedly drove *exactly* 100 miles and returned the truck an hour and half after I had actually returned it when I had in fact only drove 28.6 miles and returned the truck at 1:47pm, not 3:09pm. This felt fraudulent and unfair so for that reason my experience was below average. Thankfully they did give me a refund after my husband went there to dispute the charge.
