This was the third location we were sent to after the first two didn’t have our truck even after I placed a reservation. We were told we were going to get a $50 credit for having to wait an hour and drive to three different locations. Last location was helpful but didn’t give us our credit. I won’t recommend uhaul to a friend after this experience.

When I picked up the uhaul it was a good experience. I dealt with the manager in charge and everything when smoothly. I did have problems however with the call center. I tried to take off the daily insurance and I was still charged after calling multiple times. After I dropped off the vehicle I dealt with a different worker who didn't seem to be as proficient as the original employee. He called me after I dropped the vehicle off to get my card information, put me on hold, came back on the line and hung up on me. No appreciated

This location does not open till 8am, therefore, reservations like mine made for 7:30 AM was confirmed via web site reservation, but not the location. The staff ignored my request, and preferred attending walk-in reservations rather than on-line reservations.

This particular u haul location tried to tell me I owed money for a dolley and furniture pads when I never rented them in the first place. And now I get my receipt back after having them check me in and they have charged my credit card over 65 dollars for fuel when I returned it how I got it.

I am extremely disappointed that I was charged twice on my credit card for my rental yesterday. I filled up the gas to the correct level and was still charge my rental amount plus the $19 refill fee. Upon realizing their error, the issued me a supposed refund and charge my card again for an additional $70 something. This is unacceptable, and then they told me it would take 5 business days to return to my account. Holding almost $100 from someone is a big pain, especially when they are moving and their funds are tight. A better policy should be in place to just refund me the smaller amount rather than charging my card twice. Getting the rental and returning it was very easy, so I was pleased with the first part, but looking at my bank statement this morning made me change my tune.

Avoid the self-check out and work with the location directly. I called in advance, found out they were open later than the website said and called back to confirm the truck had been returned before going to pick it up and they were great. My experience trying to use the self-checkout the day before was not worth my time and incredibly frustrating (didn’t pass the live-verification color test because the instructions went too fast and literally couldn’t pick-up the truck I was standing next to. It makes no sense that customer service can’t override or reset it if that happens. And what about people who are colorblind?!). Very happy with the traditional in-person service as the location though.

A little more information regarding the size of the truck regarding dimensions to let the customer know how much can be stored. We just went with a bigger truck to avoid the mishap of not having enough room, but the rental itself was great all around. Will definitely recommend.

the most thing that actually annoyed me was waiting for an agent to verify my driver license and my photo. Also the agent had to correct my profile account altho the information that i submitted for the reservation it self was correct and was not transferred correctly when i opened the account. Also about the truck, if at first i noticed the car was dirty from outside why when i drop it off you would ask me same question that if its dirty or clean! that last question should be removed based on the initial assessment that was conducted by me when i picked the truck! i am a developer and speaking from a developer prospective that should be easy if the system was designed correctly. I was charged extra money for things that were not in my agreement. I was supposed to walk out the door with 35 dollars total. Then i had to pay for miles, which is understandable. Up to 50 dollars. I put in 10 bucks worth of gas. Then my final bill said 58 dollars for some unknown reason. With the 10 bucks in gas it ended up being 68 dollars total. Not cool for just moving a neighborhood away. Im disappointed in this company for the fees that I should not have had to pay

Suggest that your customers check the inside of the truck along with the outside and that equipment is fastened down before leaving the site.

Good guys. This is a neighborhood rental center and perfect for an easy in and out. Suggest one registers on-line and check in on-line. Super simple and you are in and out in 5 minutes.

My order was cancelled after I picked up the truck then I was accused of "stealing" a truck. I spoke with a uhaul rep who was super helpful and helped me resolve the whole issue. After I received my receipt the drop off location stated I would have to pay for the dolly because it was not in the vehicle when dropped off. I showed proof that the dolly was in the vehicle and they stated they would talk to their manager about this and may charge me if it was stolen.

Jaime at this location charged the wrong credit card, sending my card into a negative balance of -78.88. When i talked to him, he blamed everyone but himself!!! I would NEVER go back to this location! Also, the $35 i will be charged for over draft fees, why isn't Uhaul reimbursing me for that. The contract clearly states my card will be charged $0 to hold the truck. Breach of Contract, fraudulent credit card charge, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I placed my order for a 15' truck, 1 dozen pads, 1 hand truck, and 1 furniture hand truck. I got the truck, and 11 pads. Was told that they were out of the hand trucks but I was welcome to drive over to another location to pick them up if I want. Not the customer service I was expecting, when you put in a reservation, I expect it to be filled, by your staff, not me. Truck smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes, and the suspension needs some major maintenance done.

I returned the truck with the exact amount of fuel that was there when I rented it. When I returned the truck, I waited for the clerk to go out and check the truck and he just said we could go ahead and leave. I demand to be refunded for the fuel charge. Whoever checked this fuel level is either lying, or the truck has been driven since I returned it, and I am being penalized for the fuel charges. If this amount is not refunded, I will be forced to escalate this matter within Uhaul, and next to the Better Business Bureau, and further on if needed.
