Don't offer add-ons on the site if the location doesn't actually have those add-ons available. 1 furniture dolly for all trucks and they couldn't find it? No furniture pads at all?

The initial start of the visit was easy. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and it was smooth process for picking up. Drop off was easy as well. I parked in the lot, went inside and handed keys over. Asked if there was anything I need to do and they said no. However, I was incredibly shocked when I rec'd my final receipt that I had supposedly drove *exactly* 100 miles and returned the truck an hour and half after I had actually returned it when I had in fact only drove 28.6 miles and returned the truck at 1:47pm, not 3:09pm. This felt fraudulent and unfair so for that reason my experience was below average. Thankfully they did give me a refund after my husband went there to dispute the charge.

Dianna BLocation refused to give me a receipt on the spot and even now 24 hours later. Awful attitude. No greeting or customer service upon arrival. Waiting 20-25 minutes before someone said a word to me. Worst transaction of my life. Will never return. Staff was rude, unprofessional and became aggressive and vulgar at the end.
