This location tried to over charge me by 60 miles. if i had not checked my miles they would have gotten away with it. no one checked before or after. they tried to over charge me for gas and i brought it to to their attention. there was no concern expressed. there is no excuse for this sort of deception

This place was great!
Adam A1. First U-Haul location where there was no parking for customers! 2. The manager was super rude. When I asked him where the office was as it was unclear on google maps, he pointed and shouted and treated me like I was stupid.
BYUNGGWAN LU-Haul van was dirty. We only had to travel a total of 5 miles so it was not a priority to us. The van worked well and we were able to move .
Loren VCab and inside was filthy. The pick up was easy. Back of the truck was a mess too. Sticky blue glue on the floor and oily grease.
