Jose VRenting and picking up through the app was a pain in the butt. Probably would do that again
Jessica SThe app check in process didn’t work. The service rep was rude. We were only given 11 of the 12 moving blankets, but charged for 12. The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas! Hate this! I’m on a schedule and the first thing I need to do is stop at a gas station! Ridiculous! Should be delivered with a full tank and returned with a full tank.
