We are not trucks renters very often. So when we got to the facility we were not greeted. She seemed off and her skills were not at the top of her gain. When returning the truck to my the same person with the same attitude. I was told to just leave the keys on the counter. When I inquired about doing this and getting a receipt, I was given the impression that she was really put out by this request and took her time in dealing with this. Her words were or something to the effect of yeah if you don’t mind waiting I guess I can take care of it.
