I was overcharged for mileage. My original contract had my starting mileage was 99739, but when I returned the truck the “starting mileage was 99734, so charged an extra 5 miles. When I picked up the truck it was on empty. So I had to go out of my way to put gas in the truck before I could even drive it. So not only did it waste time but added additional mileage to my cost. The last thing I want to do is put gas in a truck before I even get to load it up. I addressed my concerns with the location, but they didn’t give a rats ass about it.

Arrived to place either no issues. Unfortunately, uhaul’s gasoline was near empty. I had to get gas right after picking up uhaul. I told the attendant Chris, that rhe gas valve was open and someone stole gas from the vehicle. Who told me to document. I only recieved $25 of reimbursement for returning the vehicle above the gas price.
Adrian OBogus warning lights—driver’s door and rear tire. COMPLETELY CRAZY GAS MILEAGE!!! Drove truck under 20 miles and fill to gauge mark required OVER 17 gallons, costing 78.49. If a 10-ft truck burns a gallon of gas per mile, customer should be warned!!! Finally, the UHaul website is a disaster. Kept defaulting to include items and services I didn’t want and couldn’t cope with adding a driver.

KEVIN MI have to be honest the return process after hours was very difficult I was not sure if I was going to get charged an extra day or not I wish there just drop key and go but trying to verify if you return on a QR code then having to download an app was not enjoyable at all but the vehicle was clean ran great I’m still not sure if I got charged an extra day or not lol
