The app needs to be fixed. It wasn't applying my uploads of truck pictures upon retrieval - delaying me from documenting mileage and gas tank. I had to call customer support to make note of it before dispatch.

RON HDominic was so professional, helpful and kind! This youngam also has integrity. The previous person who rented the uhaul left what appear to be a prescribed eyeglass. Dominic showes it to me and commented that it was left in the uhaul. This is actually our second time renting from this exact place. Never had any issues or problem. JOEY VI was not called the night before and U-Haul had me at another location for pickup. So I had to call and then found out it was at this location. They didn’t have the equipment I ordered so it made some of the moving more difficult
