The service was excellent. Easy to rent and turn in. To improve for the next customer. Last time I checked the gas price does not go up on the weekend. I was wondering why the fee per mile goes up on the weekend. I feel that's a business's way of gauging their customers.

The app needs to be fixed. It wasn't applying my uploads of truck pictures upon retrieval - delaying me from documenting mileage and gas tank. I had to call customer support to make note of it before dispatch.

RON HDominic was so professional, helpful and kind! This youngam also has integrity. The previous person who rented the uhaul left what appear to be a prescribed eyeglass. Dominic showes it to me and commented that it was left in the uhaul. This is actually our second time renting from this exact place. Never had any issues or problem.
