The young man who was working the office was very nice and helpful.
MATTHEW KTrailer had oil or fludis that were stained on the bottom of trailer, only one worker was present and had 7 people all waiting in line to be helped. My reservation was for 930 am, i did not leave the location until 10:20am due to waiting for him helping other people before he checked my trailer out to me. It set my pickup time back for the vehicle i was picking up and i was late picking up the vehicle because i was waiting on the employee...despite the trailer being dirty, it worked as designed with no issues. only left 2 star rating due to my reservation taking almost an hour, usually i am in and out in less than 10 minutes when picking up a car hauler trailer.

LINDA WThere is NO room to turn a 26ft truck around to load a trailer! Needs 2 entrances since the entrance is directly beside the tracks and pulling out in traffic to make a sharp turn to highway is so dangerous.
