Everything. I was accused of stealing a vehicle, and the manager lied to me and told me he pressed charges and filed a police report for grand theft auto. Will never use Uhaul again, terrible experience.

Duff MYou rented me a truck with no air conditioner on the hottest day of the year! The truck was battered to hell, but that didn't bother me, the fact that an important part of the trick was just entirely nonfunctional was enraging.
Deirdre DMore information is needed when scheduling a pick up after hours. If i would of known that I needed someone to verify me I would of picked the truck up during regular business hours. Customer service sucks on the uhaul side this was more frustrating then it needed to be
DAYTON MHarry helped us and was great. However, there was no Jack available to help remove the 12ft trailer. It was near impossible to get off with both Harry and my husband pulling up on the hitch. If it had been myself there is no way we could have gotten it off. They need a Jack to help with that and Harry said the one they have is broken and has been broken for a while.

Amy FMovers did not show up and made excuses to not show up. The local movers in San Marcos told me that UHaul contracted movers are not showing up and collecting the fees. Do Not use UHaul movers. Its a scam and nobody from Uhaul does anything about it nor do they answer the toll free nationwide phone about it.

STEVEN JParking was a bit of a mess but i assume its because there was an overflow of trucks. Maybe if the parking spaces were somehow guided for customers with cones the trucks would fit better in the spaces provided.

AARON MThe pick up location was average, however, I was given inaccurate information regarding the date for the return. Even though the correct date was written on the pickup form, I was told the date and time 24 hrs later was the time I needed to return the truck. In addition, the important information on the pickup form was highlighted but the time and date weren't so I made the assumption that what I was told was the same as what was written. Had I not been very close to the drop off point, I would have been late getting it back in time.

RICHARD GThe truck was dirty a food wrapper and crumbs in driver seat. Both sides of truck were written on spring break markings. Truck not washed. Passover side of truck looked like it was in accident. I’ve rented a lot from U-Haul but this was not a Great experience.

DAVID MMy response has nothing to do with this location or this specific rental. I had a horrible experience dealing with an e alert that had nothing to do with myself or my previous rental apparently my 30-year-old son owed a bill to U-Haul and U-Haul will not allow me to make a truck rental until I paid his bill that is the most viberic horrible horrific ripped off that I have ever encounted U-Haul ought to be ashamed of themself for carrying out these type of practices what a rip off and a scam.
