This is my favorite U-Haul place to go to!
CRAIG JThey were very unorganized and not knowledgeable of the way u haul works. Couldn't find the keys took an hour to pick the truck up.Turned In at 3:00 pm,wasn't due back til 5:00pm.Didn't log return till today 12-05-2025. Asked if they could print me a receipt and they.told me No.i have rented from u haul many times in the past and have never had to deal with such BS.This place is making bad reviews for u haul.Will not rent again.

Richard MI would not recommend this location because it was not open on Saturday, even though the hours said 8a-12p. The truck didn’t have the dolly I paid for inside. I had to go to another store putting more miles on the truck to get a dolly. I’ve had better experiences with U-Haul previously.
