The U-Haul rental was a very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and professional.
RODERICK FI rented from Lloyds, the people were super nice. The truck was filthy had trash and ran like crud. When upon return, I talked to the owner, who explained that it might’ve been an online check in check out before hand and that I should’ve gotten him to clean it out. That was very nice, but I only showed him the picture so I didn’t get charged for a trashy truck.
