Picked a location with service hours and never agreed to self serve, had to do it anyway. App experience was horrible, check in required some extra identity verification taking forever. Checkout crashed three times requiring starting from scratch. Very likely to never use uhaul again.

Improve the app! very time consuming and redundant. Also, I should be able to set my preferences in my profile rather than have to answer the same ten questions about things I neither want nor need (labor, boxes, storage, etc) I rent several times a month and it is a real inconvenience to have to set aside time to simply make a reservation - and then to repeat all of the same questions when picking up!

Elizabeth BRented a truck for 8:00a pick up. Used online tool to check out the truck. Directed to key lockbox to find no truck key. Waited 1.5 hours for owner to show up to issue the truck key. Missed up my plan for the day.
