I requested a cargo van and was left the keys to a big 15’ box truck. The van comes with a 3.5L or a 4.3L. The 15 foot box truck comes with a 7.3 Godzilla motor. The reason why I’m giving these details is because there is a tremendous difference in MPG. I even returned the 50 foot box truck pretty darn close to where it was and then I was even charged gas $19.80 plus a $30 service charge per gas. I have proof of where the gas needle was before and after I put $20 in it. I even have a picture of the receipt when I did put gas in it so I believe I was falsely accused of not putting gas in it I even called customer service and they put in a ticket. The claim number is 5739534. I was told that I would be called in the next three business days and never received a call. Very poor service. I am still requesting a phone call to be made to me to discuss. I’ve been was also charged additional $77 and some change and I am waiting an itemized bill. I am also emailing customer service back-and-forth and Aisha Dean but her inbox is full. I am considering talking to my attorney if this is not isn’t resolved by Wednesday midday. The customer service that I talked to, which was multiple representative the first one told me that I was lucky that I’m getting a bigger vehicle for the same price as the cargo van. She told me that that’s all that she can do, She was the highest available. Very unprofessional. Even cracked a piece of my portable AC unit. Due to lack of tiedown points for ratchet straps. Worst experience ever!
