Staff was reluctant to print a receipt for me. He insisted it was already in my email since I’d used the app for the return. Emails did come well after I’d left the site, but I wanted to know I had proof of my return before leaving. I should not have had to press him for a hard copy.
Scott LThe condition of the truck I received was quite nerve wracking. The engine completely shut off when I came to a stop at one point which was scary. Also, while in transit the back wheels went one way and the front wheels went the other even with the tow haul feature on. We were honestly scared to drive on the wet roads and up hills. Not sure I'd want to rent these trucks again or at least not a truck that looks so old.
