When I arrived at the store, J was welcoming and professional. It was only when J charged my card without my permission & without my presence and I voiced my concerns is when the good service vanished. His facial expression turned downward like it was his money. I had to ask how much was the extension. You don't authorize anyone's money without informing them of the total. When I voiced my concerns regarding the trucks cleanliness he showed agitation. When I arrived to return the rental. I had to get J's attention for assistance. I walked inside and stood waiting while J continued his side conversation instead of him showing the urgency and interest to check me out. People like this wants you to give your money as a customer while at the same time just take what they give you and don't speak up.
