Super simple and easy - just what you want on moving day!!
Christopher MCharging for gas when the truck wasn't even full to begin with is ridiculous. Also making a reservation just to be told there isn't an available truck... and being sent to a different location 28 minutes further away is also ridiculous.
Conner SI'm a manager at a big retailer so soft skills are a MUST. The service I was provided from the gentleman with the locks was expert level and such an awesome experience. The pickup process made things so simple and so straight forward, The U-Haul unit was clean and the dolly/bags were provided and I didn't even know the U-Haul could come with them inside the actual truck. Overall if I have another move or anything else I need a U-Haul for, I'm definitely going back to the Drummond Auto Truck Rental location. 10/10
