Overall, the customer service experience at this location was very positive. However, the U-Haul system was down, which led to several issues. I was contacted multiple times regarding an incorrect drop-off location (which I confirmed prior to dropping off the truck), and I was also charged an unnecessary fuel fee, which I will be disputing.
