We had the best experience we have ever had. The site was in a great location, easy to find. But what made it awesome was how quickly we were able to get the truck. Many of my other experiences with U-haul felt slow, unorganized and painfully long. I had to schedule 1-2 hours just for pick up. This one we were second in line and still got in and out in 10 minutes. I appreciated how kind and competent Keem was at this location. He just did a great job and was knowledgable and helpful. We even reached out to his manager and told him what a great job he did and how impressed we were with the service. The manager was working, helping customers, and stated how important it was for him to provide quality service. I was very impressed. I wish all Uhauls were like this. Bonus we loved getting a newer truck to pick up and deliver my aunts brand new couch!
