I don’t normally do reviews, but I was overwhelmed by the supportive customer service. I experienced delays with my move unrelated to U-Haul, but they were excellent to work with to understand my U-Haul options and help me with my move. I’m very thankful and recommend them highly.
RICHARD OI did not capture the attendant in office as well as the gentleman in the contact center that I believe Savannah initially transferred me to. All 3 were great, friendly and informative!
BRITTANY PPer usual, they didn’t have the truck we needed at the location we reserved, so we had to use a smaller truck, and they also didn’t have the hand truck we reserved, so hopefully we get refunded for the difference in size and availability 🤷🏻♀️
Allison M1) Ability to leave voice messages. I often call and have to wait on the Agent to call back. 2) Remove old locks from the trucks because the rain causes them to rust inside and therefore makes them harder to use.
