Staff was not on site at pick up time and keys were not available. Pick up was delayed by an hour due to manager not being present on site.
Nicole B.It was a small market/liquor store. The attendant of the store had to call someone via phone to accept the truck return. Wi-Fi not responsive to “drop off†via on-line app. I did not know the status of the blind drop off until next day. I would select a different drop off.
