You should let people know there is going to be cleaning fee. People are using these vehicles for moving so of course there is going to a little stuff left behind. Not a cause for a cleaning fee.

My vehicle had AZ plates. Could have at least had the windows cleaned. Don't think the vehicle had ever seen a wash. Other than that it served my purpose.

I'm actually pretty pissed with this location. I got charged a additional 35$ cleaning fee. In which the truck was how I received it. And how I brought it back. All other uhaul transactions I have done were fast and smooth.

Wash vehicle in and out. Nothing worse than the smell of mens cheap colon.

Uhaul vendor was not at location and left a message on the door to call him if he was needed. I called at 2 pm and he said oh I won't be there for another hour, I advised that I needed my rental at 2 and he said he wouldn't be there for another hour, I called Uhaul corp and they sent me to another location and they left me waiting for 45 minutes to get my rental. I am really dissappointed. I did get a $50 refund but I am not too sure I will use uhaul again,

Picked up trailer and they didn't ever come outside to check my truck. Asked me if I could hook up myself. That was not a problem but not the right way to do it.

The ramp was very short which was even more noticable with a 26' truck. The angle was very steep going up and down. It looked like they cut down a normal sized ramp due to all the welds and grinding that was done to it. It made the move that much harder to complete

I swept the truck and left it in the exact condition I left it. They charged me 25 dollars to clean it. I took a lot of pictures. Total rip off
