WAYNE EMaybe better vetting of franchisees. My original reservation turned out to be a liquor store (hmmm). Trucks were there but it wasn't open yet (0900). After waiting 20 minutes, calling the phone number (unanswered), and talking with the adjacent business, I called Rockville. They handled everything quickly and professionally, and I was on my way. Worked out great. Learned a lesson. Cheers!
