I have rented from this location multiple times without issue. On this particular reservation, they did not have the requested vehicle type (van), but called the day of pick up and offered a 10ft box truck (totally fine, and no price change). The only issue I had was that, upon pick up, the truck was still in the back parking area and very difficult to take the necessary check in photos. There was no visible reason the truck could not have been brought to the front of the facility for us. When I have picked up from this location in the past, the employee brought the truck out from the parking area -- not sure why this could not have been done for this reservation. (It was a different employee this time). Overall, everything was great - just the pick up experience was less than ideal.
