I've rented with them before and found the office to be clean and staff very professional. I rented a truck 2 days ago and was told the tank was full. I went to Costco for fill that tank prior to drop-off and it took 10.2 gallons (I drove the truck 30 miles). It was not full when I picked up the truck. I advised the person at ckout but I didn't see an adjustment on my receipt. I will rent there again but disappointed that the issue was not taken care of. KD

The associate who assisted me was phenomenal. He was working with another customer when I arrived and apologized for the delay. He directed me to where he wanted the trailer to be left and assisted me in backing it into the designated spot. He inspected the trailer's condition, printed out the return receipt and I was on my way within 20 minutes. I very much appreciated his warm and welcoming manner. The location and overall appearance of the facility is of the highest quality.
