The pick up went seamlessly. My only suggestion for improvement would be to work on your website. The reservation process on line was efficient and comprehensive, however I could only reserved the truck for one day. I had to call the help line to add a day. Later when I attempted to change the pick up time, the reservation reverted back to one day. So I had to call the help line to fix it, again. So, fix your website.
