Found it strange that a spare tire did not come with the trailer. Having a flat tire and having to wait for uhaul to save the day does not sound appealing. We did not have a flat but the concern was real. No one wants to wait several hrs for help. Staff very helpful and went above and beyond.

The woman I spoke to on the phone for the reservation was very helpful and courteous. The man giving us the uhaul today was borderline rude. I commented to my family that one obviously needs no personality or basic service skills to franchise a uhaul business. I was not there for drop-off so have no comment on that process but it was fast and simple.

Place air fresheners in cab under the seats....OMG...the vehicle smelled of O.B. from the last renter. Put new wiper blades on the vehicle more often.

Greeting people with a smile and a "hello" is usually customary for 'good' customer service. Your 'speedy' check out via reserving online was anything but speedy. I understand his wife was out of town but aren't Saturdays usually busy? Get someone to assist. Prices when reserving online were higher than what was charged. Windshield was very dirty and fluid was low. Price turned out better than what I expected. That was my biggest plus. Thanks

I would never recommend or use this location again! I was never explained how the mileage was being charged. I believe this is a huge thing that should be explained in detail! Because this was not done, I spent way more than I had to move. Very, very disappointed uhaul
