The assistant was very helpful, but the equipment was not in top shape. Its rear view mirror was missing; side mirrors couldn't be adjusted by the driver without stopping the truck and leaning out the driver's window. The passenger side mirror was not reachable. The step-up into the cab was too high for me and I suspect many other people 50 years and older. Windshield was not clean and it was not easy to see things in the distance. Brakes were not adjusted--very strong pressure needed to brake.

SCOTT LThe Lockwood ridge location was great but the first location that I was sent to was awful, the vehicle I rented was not there when I went to pick up. Then it was a virtual person taking care of us and was less than helpful until she got the manager on the line. I also spoke to the traffic manager and he promised a $50 discount which never happened. I would appreciate a call to discuss and resolve. 941-720-8053
