The Lockwood ridge location was great but the first location that I was sent to was awful, the vehicle I rented was not there when I went to pick up. Then it was a virtual person taking care of us and was less than helpful until she got the manager on the line. I also spoke to the traffic manager and he promised a $50 discount which never happened. I would appreciate a call to discuss and resolve. 941-720-8053
