How U-Haul Reviews WorkEvery time I rent a truck, it’s clean and ready to go with a full tank of gas. The staff is always polite, professional, and provides great service. S
Bruce SFirst the Location was closed upon arrival, we did not gain access to the truck until 3hrs later, of our scheduled time. Also the amount we were given when making the reservation was TOTALLY DIFFERENT !! from what the Rep had given us the day before. When the Manager arrived we were promised multiple discounts because of the inconvenience which we never got. I Would not recommend this Location to a Dog!!! I have never experienced so much lack of professionalism and lack of communication in my life, Never again!!
