great friendly service and very helpful
Michael HThe truck and location was very well. But I was charged 87 dollars when I picked up the truck and then another 71 when I dropped it off i was double charged causing my account to go negative I am very unhappy about this.
Molly BThe original site the text had us dropping off our uhaul vehicle at a place in St Cloud, MN, I would not even get out of my car for. This next place was friendly and helpful.
BRANT MIt’s not the locations fault, but I was overcharged by U-Haul and they refunded only a small portion. It is not thiele & sons fault but U-Haul kind of screwed me.
