I checked in clean and full of gas and uhaul still charges some fake $ 16 fee for nothing will never use again. Worst company ever.

Theile were exceptional after the Princeton location failed to answer the phone as we were instructed to do- Princeton location wasn't open as advertised and shouldn't be allowed to be a location!
